For Women's History Month, I traveled to Volkswagen's assembly plant in Chattanooga, Tennessee to spotlight the female team members behind the cars. In a field that is still largely male-dominated, the project was a chance to celebrate their journeys, expertise, and what brings them to the floor every day. The result was a series of portraits that were as inspiring as they were overdue. The footage made an impact well beyond social: the brand team tapped into our footage for Volkswagen's first Super Bowl commercial in over a decade, airing during Super Bowl LVIII to one of the largest audiences in television.
